A guest from the University of Michigan’s Special Collections Library talked about the library’s Galileo Manuscript, a letter written in 1609 by physicist and astronomer Galileo Galilei to the Doge of Venice, Leonardo Donato. The manuscript also contains Galileo’s written notes on the moons of Jupiter from 1610.
